Like many “health foods” were, Jamba Juice was scrutinized in my liberal home State. “Is it healthy?” “It’s not as healthy for you as they make it seem.” WHY IS EVERYONE WHINING? Let’s see… Cookie made with processed, bleached flour, p
acked with calories, each and every one loving your thighs for months to come, hugging them loyally, OR… a fruit shake made with low dairy-products (or frozen yogurt), made with fruit juice squeezed right behind the counter and supplemented with your choice of fortification? Give me a break people.
Let’s pretend for a second that a fresh Jamba were the next new dessert. Everyone is so busy shouting, “A new dessert? A new dessert? What new dessert? We need no new dessert!” that they commit recognition FAILURE. Jamba is delicious! I can even buy a pomegranate-acai flavored shake there! This parallels changes made by many other industries towards healthier, more natural awesomenesses. You can now buy soda that is only fruit juice and carbonation (everyone go buy an Izze!). You can buy ice cream made of acai berries—one of the most antioxidant-buff berries on the planet! Heavens, please.
So really. No really. Go try one. No. Just go.
